Non-refundable, non-returnable, & No Exchanges unless it is proven that the items were damaged during shipment. Stones may slightly differ in color. This is a natural occurrence in stones. 

Commissioned Work: 
If you would like to create your own design, feel free to contact me to set up an appointment. All commissioned work will require a 50% Deposit after an agreement is made. 

Repair: If you would like your beads restringed, please contact me via the "Contact Form." There will be a commission fee, and you will have to ship them out to our location at your own risk.
